Tournament Overview


Tournament Date: July 07, 2017

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Registration and warm up 5.30-6.30pm sharp.
Information and questions from players 6.30-6.45pm.
Tournament: 6.45-10.30pm.
ENTRY FEE: $25 for the whole night.
FORMAT: Flip Frenzy.
1) When the tournament starts each machine is randomly assigned 2 players. The remaining players are placed in a queue.
2) When a match is completed:
- the loser stays on the machine, unless he/she has lost twice consecutively, in which case the winner stays on.
- the person leaving the machine needs to fill in the results sheet and initial the result. Then that person heads to the rear of the queue.
- the player staying on the machine plays in position 1.
- the player at the front of the queue moves up to play the player staying on the machine.
3) At the end of 3 hours 45 minutes no more games may start. Whoever wins the most games in that time is declared the winner. Ties will be broken by the fewest losses, if still tied, then head-to-head results and if still tied by a single game playoff on a machine chosen at random.Ties will only be broken for first and second places.
