How to Submit Tournaments

In order to have tournaments/leagues endorsed by the IFPA, they must be submitted 30 days prior to the event being held. Any tournament that requires pre-registration must be submitted to the IFPA Calendar a minimum of 30 days before the pre-registration date. Tournaments and leagues without pre-registration must be submitted to the IFPA Calendar a minimum of 30 days before the event.

These submissions will be reviewed by the IFPA staff for approval and if approved, will be placed on our Event Calendar.

After the event is held, tournament directors have 45 days to upload the results of their tournament/league to the IFPA for review and inclusion into the WPPR Rankings system.

The submission process is handled by our Tournament Manager system, which you can access once you have created an account with us and logged into the website.
