Finals Format
Match Play

Overall

The finals of the annual QLD Championship comes to a head on the Gold Coast in 2022. Open to the Top 48 (including 6 invites from North QLD) players from QCS qualifying in 2021.

Qualifying:
5 x 2-game rounds of Group Matchplay. First round will be grouped according to final QCS qualifying order, then by Tiered Swiss for each round thereafter.

Finals:
Top 8 players will advance to the finals and be split into 2 groups of 4. Each group will play 3 games, with the Top 2 in each group to advance to the Final 4. The Final 4 will play a further 3 games to determine the overall winner.
