The IFPA is pleased to announce the 19th annual IFPA World Pinball Championship! It will be held June 7-9, 2024 at Jim Belsito’s in Murietta, CA, United States!
You can find complete details and rules for IFPA19 here. Utilizing its World Pinball Player Rankings, the IFPA is using the January 1st, 2024 rankings to determine 77 of the 80 qualifiers for IFPA19. The top 2 available ranked players from each eligible country as of 1/1/2024 will receive an automatic qualifying spot into the tournament via a "Country Exemption". Should either of the top 2 players not be able to attend, that country exemption will move down the country ranking list until it is filled. The rest of the field will be made up of the most highly ranked players from the WPPR list. For players that cannot attend, spots will be filled by going down the rankings list. Should a country not fill the 2 spots awarded to it, additional at-large spots will be available.
Please note that for the Country Exemption spots, a player must be residing in their registered country for at least a year in order to be eligible. For countries that organize an IFPA Country Championship Series, players that have qualified for that final will be given priority for a Country Exemption spot over those that have not qualified. Furthermore, we require that a country has 50 or more players currently ranked within their country to be eligible to award these 2 Country Exemption spots for the IFPA World Pinball Championship.
Registration is now open and will close on January 14th at 8pm CST. We've included the top 125 on this initial invite list. We will go deeper if necessary, but there is a chance that not everyone on this list will be eligible to participate.

Registration Rules
- Registration closes on January 14th at 8pm CST.
- The IFPA must receive a player's payment in order for that player to be officially registered.
- Players must send their payment by mail, Stripe or give the money to Josh Sharpe directly.
- Once registration closes, any player on this list that hasn't paid will be ineligible to participate.
- After fulfilling the Country Exemptions, the IFPA will confirm the additional At-Large bids for the tournament based on the highest ranked players that have paid their registration fee and committed to playing.
- Once the entry spots have been filled, those who had paid registration fees but did not make the cut will have their fee refunded, but kept on a list (in order of rank) to be eligible as backups in case someone drops out.
Payment Details
Registration fee structure is as follows:
- For At-Large spots, the entry fee is US$400
- For Country Exemption spots, the entry fee is US$250
Your registration can be paid using Stripe or by sending a check. You may also pay Josh Sharpe directly. Any canceled registrations will be refunded at 50%.
If you choose to get a T-shirt, please indicate the size you want with your registration payment.
