GENERAL INFORMATION.
QUALIFYING:
1. During business hours at Amusement Worx (Monday to Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-1pm) from Monday August sixth to Friday September fourteenth inclusive. Qualifying times also include lock-ins.
2. Two machines will be set to $1 per play.
3. Players can come along at any time during the qualifying period to play and register scores.
4. Any score that a player wishes to enter will need to be verified by an official scorer at Amusement Worx.
5. Selfies cannot be accepted for qualifying scores but will be ENCOURAGED so Simon can upload some of them to Facebook.
6. Scores will be regularly entered/updated to matchplay so players can see where they stand on matchplay live.
7. It will be a good idea for players to register to matchplay events so they can monitor where they stand.
8. Each player’s 2 highest scores on each of the 2 machines will be counted towards qualifying for the finals.
9. There is no point registering a score on a particular machine if it is LOWER than your two highest previously registered scores as it will not count!
10. During the qualifying period, players need to be prepared to play doubles etc if there are other players wanting to play.
11. At lock-ins the machines will be quarantined for the mini league qualifying.

FINALS:
1. Registration and warm up 6-6.30 sharp.
2. Information and questions from players 6.30-6.40.
3. Tournament: 6.40-10
4. Single elimination best of five games on different machines.
5. There will probably be about 14 machines in use on the night.
6. There is a lock-in planned on the Friday before the comp if anyone wants more practice.
