1. Open coin door and navigate to service menu.
2. Navigate to “AUD” & select
3. Navigate to “DUMP” and select
4. Insert USB memory stick and follow on screen prompts
5. Insert USB stick into your computer & copy text file off usb stick and send to the email address above.
