A 5-hole course will be selected for the tournament.

For qualifying, players will be randomly assigned to a group of 3 or 4 players.

Each Pin-Hole will consist of a set target score. The number of balls it takes for the player to reach that target score will represent the number of Pin-Strokes earned for that hole. Should a player not reach the target score after a full game is completed, a stroke value of 4 will be recorded.

For example, the target score of Jaws may be set at 100 million points. A player will continue playing the game until they reach 100 million points. If reached, the number of balls it took to reach that score will be recorded for that Pin-Hole. If the player fails to reach the target score after 3 balls are played, they will be awarded a score of 4. Extra Balls do not count as extra Pin-Strokes but the same stroke the Extra Ball was achieved on.

Scores will be added together across all rounds played at the end of the course. Any and all meaningful ties will be broken and played on a randomly selected machine. The lowest 4 scoring players move to the Finals.

Finals will consist of three machines in the order assigned by tournament software.
