Registration: Players can pre-register via Eventbrite starting on June 7th at 10:00am CDT : walk-ins will be allowed unless the tournament reaches 60 registrations.
The *FINALS* will be LIVE STREAMED on Twitch thanks to Guerilla Pinball

-Format-
Saturday Qualifying: Mega Matchplay for 20 Rounds with (7,5,3,1) Scoring. Balanced Pairings for the majority of rounds, with the last four rounds using Swiss group pairings. The Top 24 * at the conclusion of qualifying will advance to finals Sunday. Tiebreakers for Significant Spots (bye or finals cutline) to be decided on a full game TBD.
Sunday Finals: PAPA Style Group Matchplay Bracket. Groups of Four for three games per round, using (4,2,1,0) scoring. High Seed will have choice of game bank. Top two advance to next round. When down to final four, the winner of the group will be crowned the Plunge Champion!!!

Entry Fee: $35 (to be paid upon arrival on July 26th : Cash Only Please)
Includes tournament entry and giveaways: including Pinball Pals #4 sticker card, plunge collector's decal, ice cream(?!?) and entry into raffle for attendance prizes. All games on coin drop as set by venue (75 cents a game). Entry fee broken down as $24 to Prize Pot, $11 to Tournament Fees & Expenses
Payouts to Top Eight! Distributed as:
1st: 38% of Pot + Trophy
2nd: 28% of Pot + Trophy
3rd: 18% of Pot + Trophy
4th: 8% of Pot + Trophy
5th - 8th: 2% of Pot each

10:00am - Doors Open / Practice Begins
11:00am - Roll Call + Announcements
11:05am- Round One of Qualifying Begins.
4:45pm - Approximate end of Round 11 and start of Meal Break, which will last about 45 mins from when the round ends.
5:30pm- Approximate return from meal break, start of Round 12
9:40pm - Approximate end of matchplay rounds for last qualifiers. Tiebreakers for final playoff spots to be played out on TBD game.

10:00am - Doors Open / Finals Practice begins.
10:55am - Finals Practice Ends
11:00am - Roll Call for finalists seeded 9-24, any finalist not present risks losing spot in finals.
11:05am - PAPA Matchplay Finals Bracket begins (streamed Live on Twitch)
5:00pm - Approximate End of last Finals Round.
5:05pm - Presentation of Trophies and Podium Photos
