Entry Fee: $80 – Paid upon registration
Player Cap: Limited to 52 players
All games are set to FREE PLAY. No coin drop required.
Registration opens May 1st, 2025
Entry fee must be paid in full upon registration to receive a spot. You can register in person at Perfect Tilt Pinball, or email Brandon at perfecttiltpinball@gmail.com. If you are emailing, you will receive an invoice for the entry fee, and then a confirmation email confirming your spot. Walk-ins will be allowed, but a spot is not guaranteed if we reach the player cap. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation securing your spot. A waitlist will be used once all 52 spots are filled. If you need to drop out, please let us know so we can keep the list and waitlist up to date.
Entry Fee Breakdown:
$39 goes directly into the cash pot for top finishers in the Finals
$1 goes toward the IFPA fee
The remainder covers full weekend admission to Perfect Tilt Pinball
Cash Payout:
Top 8 players will receive a cash prize based on final placement. Players finishing 1st through 4th will receive increased payouts, while 5th through 8th will receive equal payouts.
Qualifying (Saturday):
7 rounds of 3-game banks (21 games total)
Tiered Swiss pairings
IFPA scoring (7/5/3/1)
Top 24 players advance to Finals on Sunday
Insignificant ties will be broken using strength-of-schedule
Tiebreakers for final playoff spots that receive a bye will be settled by a randomized game
Finals (Sunday):
Top 24 Finals Bracket
PAPA-style group matchplay
PAPA scoring (4/2/1/0), with top 2 from each group advancing
Top 8 qualifiers receive a bye
Players eliminated in the same round will be ranked based on points earned that round
In each round, the top seed in a group chooses the game bank from the finals bank section (no repeat bank choices by the same player)
