Finals Format

Overall

Match-play qualifications in groups of 3. 6 rounds of qualifying, 3 DMD machines per round. Players will be re-grouped after every round based on points earned during previous rounds.

12 best qualifiers advance to "survival stage" of play-offs: Two groups of 3 (qualifiers 7,10,12 and 8,9,11) play one game. The loser is eliminated and two other players advance. Qualifiers 5 and 6 will be added to the groups and another best-of-one 3-player games will be played. Same procedure until qualifiers 1 and 2 join the groups. From these two 3-player games two best of each game will advance to 4-player final played on three machines (points 3-2-1-0 per game).
