Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: January 27, 2025
All skill levels are welcome. Our season has six meetings plus one night for the final. Your top four matches count towards finals, so it’s possible to miss two rounds. The top three players win trophies. League dues are $20 per season and go towards prizes and admin fees:
Prize Pool ? $7
IFPA Fee = $7
Trophies = $6
For each round there is a cash payout distributed equally among the top three players. The prize pool is $1 multiplied by the number of participants on that day or more if players choose to increase the pot. If there is a dollar left over, it is put towards the trophy fund.
Each round counts as an IFPA tournament and results are uploaded each night.
Drop-ins are welcome: $3 per meeting.
We use Match Play Events to keep score. For any four-player group, 1st-2nd-3rd-4th gets 7-5-3-1 points respectively. For three-player groups, it’s 7-4-1. We play five games per night.
If you did not make finals, YOU STILL PLAY on the day of FINALS in the consolation tournament with a cash payout. (The format depends on the number of players.)
