Time: 1pm (Doors Open at 12pm, practice ends at 12:45pm for announcements)
IFPA Delaware Women's State Championship
The IFPA Women’s North American Championship Series is an annual pinball competition with players qualifying throughout the calendar year. Included in the WNACS are the IFPA Women’s State Championship Series in the United States, IFPA Women’s Provincial Championship Series in Canada, and the IFPA Women’s District Championship Series in Washington, D.C.
At the end of each calendar year, the top 8 ranked players with the most WPPR points based on open events and the top 8 ranked players with the most WPPR points based on women’s-only events will qualify for the playoffs, where they will play for the title of IFPA State/Province/District Champion within that area.
The tournament will be a head-to-head, single elimination bracket with best-of-7 matches.
As a consolation, Delaware will play out all 16 positions.
In addition to the cash prize, which is funded by the participants' $20 entry fee (see "Competition Details: Fees" and "Format of Matches: Winners" in the WNACS Rules), the IFPA will be providing a plaque for the winner of each event and the Delaware Women's Prize Pool is currently at 120.90 that will be divided up across all 16 positions.
There is also a $20 admittance fee for non-members that goes to the Delaware Pinball Collective.
