Tournament Overview


Start Date: December 21, 2024
End Date: December 22, 2024

This will be an unlimited best game open tournament at the lab with a separate day of qualifying and then finals the following day. There will be a bank of 12 games, and top 8 game places will count for place. Best game will have INDISC decay so 100 for first, 97 for second, 95 for 3rd and so on. Tournament participants will have the option of purchasing credits to pay for their game entries (public location and games range in price from .50-1.25 per play, or, they can purchase a $40 all weekend pass allowing as many game play as they want at the LAB for the duration of the tournament. This will be the last chance to get massive WPPRs in Utah and to become a super state so hoping everyone can bring a friend and everyone can make this worth a bunch of wpprs.

There will be an entire day of qualifying, and finals will start the following day. Qualifying will run from 10 AM- 8pm on Saturday the 21st with finals running on the 22nd at a time TBD. Bar will begin serving drinks at noon that day and breakfast options will be coordinated for those interested (food truck) or outside food is available.

First 8 entries are pro bono from the bar, and then competitors can purchase more entries to increase their chances at placing. $5 for each group of 8 entries. The goal is for top 24 to make finals, but finals will be no less than 50% of the field. Top 16 positions are paid out. Finals format will be group matchplay on a bank of 3 games scoring 4,2,1,0 with the top 2 from each group advancing to the next round. Specific number of finalists to be determined based on entries to the tournament.
