Come celebrate Chantelle's birthday with a tournament!

November 3rd, 2024 at The American (926 Main Street, Vancouver, BC)

Starts at 11:00am. Estimated qualifying finishing time: 4:30pm Estimated finals finishing time: 9:30pm. Doors open at 10 am. All machines will be on free-play!

It is an open event, so feel free to invite your friends. Newcomers welcomed!
Entry fee will be $20 per person. $5 per person will go to a cash prize pool.

Prizes for top 4 will be provided as follows (subject to change):
1st Place: 40% of prize pool + Upcycled trophy (made with love)
2nd Place: 30% of prize pool + Upcycled trophy (made with love)
3rd Place: 20% of prize pool + Upcycled trophy (made with love)
4th Place: 10% of prize pool + Upcycled trophy (made with love)

I'll be making goodie bags for everyone attending containing stickers, cookies, etc. Please RSVP so I can curate something special for you.

Format:
Qualifying will be 3 three-game rounds of 4-player group matchplay.
Top 16 progress to finals. (If fewer than 32 attend, top 8.)
Quarter finals will be a 3-game round 4-player matchplay. Top 2 in each group advance.
Semi finals will be a 3-game round 4-player matchplay. Top 2 in each group advance.
Finals will be a 3-game round 4-player matchplay.
Tiebreakers will be one-ball on a random game. (Might as well try it while we can!)

We are aiming to finish in time for people to be able to make the last ferry back to Nanaimo (10:45pm), unfortunately we are not in a position to do so for the last ferry to Victoria (9:00pm).
