Overall

Season 13 of BCP League. Capped at 36 players.
Same format as Season 12
All players play 4 games each meet, highest score gets 36 points, 2nd highest gets 35, and so on.
After all the meets, groups are arranged according to scores for the finals.
Group A is the top four highest scores. Group B next 4, etc.
Finals consists of a format similar to the FSPA.
Players play 2, 4 players matches, and 3 head to head matches. All matches are PAPA format scoring (4,2,1,0) and (3,0). Winner has the most points.
