Carpool league is moving away from the traditional ladder format.

Updated format: 8 weeks long plus 1 week finals.
Regular season: Uses 7/5/3/1 or 7/4/1 scoring for 4 player and 3 player groups, respectively.
Qualifying: Weeks 1-4, 4 games / week, 4 player groups, week 1 random, weeks 2-4 Swiss, best 3 of 4 scores equals a player's qualifying score to determine divisions.
Divisional: Weeks 5-8, 4 games / week, 4 player groups, balanced groupings to minimize playing same player, best 3 of 4 scores equals player's divisional score to determine finals.

Finals format: Top 8 players in each division play PAPA style, 3 game, 4 player matches with 4/2/1/0 scoring.
