This will be a Group Match Play tournament with 8 rounds of 1 game each for qualifying rounds. Top 8 (if this is less than half of the total) will compete in a group elimination bracket to determine the winner. A non-sanctioned $5 consolation tournament for cash and prizes will be held after the qualifying rounds if there is interest. During the tournament two Insider Connected games will be left open. Players may play these anytime from 11am opening throughout the qualifying tournament (you do not need to be in the tournament to participate in the Leader Board Challenge). Prizes for the top 3 of each leaderboard will be awarded before finals.

Entry fee is $9 + $1 IFPA FEE plus coin-drop.


Tournament details:

- Doors Open at 11am.
- Tournament Starts at Noon.
- We are running a MatchPlay tournament using MatchPlay events
- There will probably be 11 machines in use
- Machines used TBD tournament day
- Players will be grouped in groups of threes or fours. There will be a qualifier of 8 separate rounds of one match. This means every player will play 8 matches in total to qualify for the finals
- In each round each group will play a single game on a randomly selected machine.
- For the first round, grouping will be random
- After the first round pairings will be Swiss
- At the close of the 8th round, the highest ranking players will advance to finals
- Finals are group MatchPlayCash for 1st and 2nd, Prizes for 3rd and 4th (with consolations)
- 2 games will be set aside for a leaderboard high score contest that runs all day from when they open to the end of the qualifiers Players can play those games during or between rounds all day and prizes will be awarded before finals!
