5 rounds of qualifying with 2 games per round (balanced player and arena selection), one Modern game (DMD or LCD) and one Classic game (Early Solid State). Each round will be scored 5-3-2-1 for a 4-player game (5-3-1 in 3 player group) with the top 16 players making the finals (if 32 or more players total, if less, top 12, if 24, top 8 if 16 players to meet the 50% rule).

The finals will be groups of 4 players playing 5 games in pre-made banks (2 New and 3 Classic machines). Each game will be scored 5-3-2-1 with the top 2 players of each group moving onto the next round.
