10 qualifying rounds of max match play. $5 tournament entry fee (used to fund the prize pool) is paid on arrival for the tournament.

Top 8 from qualifying rounds (top 16 if 32 or more players, top 32 if 64 or more players) make the finals. Finals format is multiple rounds of group match play with 7/5/3/1 scoring.
