This is a fun and accessible pinball tournament OPEN TO THE PUBLIC for all levels of players that will serve as a consolation tournament for players not in the top 16 of the Long Beach Pinball League Season 8. This tournament is a 6 Fair Strikes Knockout Tournament format with the winners being determined by “last player standing”. Each standalone tourney prize pool includes cash for the top 2 Players, and trophies for the top 3 + more fun like consolation and high-score prizes. Entry fee is FREE for LBPL Members or $4 + $1 IFPA FEE for players not currently registered with the LBPL, plus coin-drop.

Tournament details:

- Sign in opens at 100pm. Tournament starts at 130pm
- We are running a MatchPlay tournament using MatchPlay events
- There will probably be 12 machines in use. Machines used TBD tournament day.
- Players will be grouped in groups of threes or fours
- 0/1/1/2 strikes are given to 1st/2nd/3rd/4th place finishers Three-player groups get 0/1/2 strikes Two-player groups get 0/2 strikes
- We reserve the right to accelerate strikes if necessary
- In each round each group will play a single game on a randomly selected machine.
- We are using Swiss player pairing.
- Public Entry fee: $4. + $1.00 for IFPA Players Fee (plus coin drop), FREE to Long Beach Pinball League Members
- Cash for 1st and 2nd, Trophies for Top 3
- High Score prizes
