Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: October 29, 2023
Come celebrate the soft opening of Port City Pinball. We will be opening the doors at 10am and starting the tournament at 11am.
Format: It will be 12 rounds of matchplay with 7-5-3-1 scoring for 4 players and 7-4-1 for 3 players. It will rotate between modern games and classic games (pre-1990 or so). Pairings will be random for round 1 and tiered swiss after that. Top 8 make finals.
Finals: Top 8 will make playoffs. We will play out any significant ties for playoffs. Playoffs will be 2 rounds of 3 games each with 4-2-1-0 scoring. Top 2 from first round advance to finals. Top seed in each group has choice of games or position. You cannot pick the same game twice for the entire playoffs.
Stall ball: Once finals starts, stick around for stall ball games. You can also play on non-playoff games. We will stay open until playoffs are done.

$20 door fee. $20 tournament for prizes.

Sodas, chips and water will be for sale for $1. Bring snacks and food as there won't be a break.
