Tournament Date: September 26, 2023

This is a Target Matchplay pinball tournament open to all skill levels!
Start Time: Tuesday 9/26/2023 at 7:00 PM EDT
Entry Fee: $5 with $1 going towards IFPA fees.

Format: Target Matchplay Qualifying with either Top 4 or Top 8 moving on to Finals depending on tournament turnout
Target Score: 35 Points
Qualifying Scoring Format: Groups of 4: 7,5,3,1. Groups of 3: 7, 4, 1
Finals Scoring Format: 7,5,3,1


You'll be put into 3 or 4 player groups on a randomly drawn pinball machine. Whoever wins the game will receive 7 points, 2nd place will get 5 points, 3rd place will get 3 points, and 4th place will get 1 point. In a 3 player group, scoring will be as follows: First: 7 points, Second - 4 points, Third - 1 point.


We will continue to draw rounds until One person hits the set target goal score of 35 points.

Once The target score has been reached, the current standing Top 4 (or 8 depending on turnout) from the Target Matchplay qualifying will play in a 3 game finals format with top seed having choice of Game or Position. With the next highest seed getting second choice etc.

The Finals scoring format will be the same as qualifying (7,5,3,1)

Placement for the Top 4 will depend on each player's total amount of points after 3 games.

A one game tie breaker will be played if there is a tie to make it into the Top 4 (or 8) finals or if there is a tie 2nd/3rd/4th.
