What: 4 events in 3 days with the Main Tournament (Saturday Qualifying with Sunday Finals) being IFPA certified for 250% WPPRS! Plus a 5th, bonus event on Thursday night (12/7) that has its own entry fee and registration (see Eventbrite for details)
When: 12/8/23 to 12/10/23. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of each tournament to check in. NOTE - If you have not checked in by the start of the tournament and you haven’t communicated to Chad Hastings that you will be late, you will be removed from tournament.
Where: The lavish Delaware Pinball Collective - 1100 First State Blvd, Second Floor, Wilmington, DE 19804.

Time: Doors open at 8am each day for practice and ends at 8:45am for announcements. Each morning the tournament will start at 9am except the Sunday 3 Strike Tournament which will start around 9:30AM
Cost: MEMBERS $230 ($75 will go to the Delaware Pinball Collective for tournament expenses. $155 to cover all of the tournament entry fees with 100% payouts).
NON-MEMBERS $260 ($105 will go to the Delaware Pinball Collective for tournament expenses. $155 to cover all of the tournament entry fees with 100% payouts)

Sunday has 2 separate events running concurrently. The Main finals are only for the top 24 players that qualified for it based on Saturday’s 20 round Match play qualifying.
The 3 strike group knockout tournament on Sunday is open to anyone who wants to play in it INCLUDING the top 24 qualifiers who are playing in the “Main finals”. If you play in both tournaments at the same time you will run the risk of causing an ‘intentional delay’ of more than 60 seconds, as defined by IFPA rules, which will result in a warning for the first offense and a score of zero for second and subsequent offenses.

The prize money awarded at the tournament is final. The tournament director’s decisions on rulings are final. You agree to these terms by signing up. $30 Tournament Fee - 100% gets paid out as prize money for top 8
Tournament will use all 45+ Pinball Machines at the Delaware Pinball Collective. We will try our best to alternate the era of games played on. One round will be LCD/DMD games and the next round will be Classics/EM games. The matchplay software will pick the games played and will match the players up in groups.
This is a Group Match Play Tournament with Swiss pairing and 4 players (3 if necessary) in each group. Scoring is based on player performance for that one machine (3/2/1/0) or (3/1.5/0). This will be added to a running total for the tournament. The first player to reach 30 points is declared the winner and the tournament is over. If multiple players reach the target score on the same round the player with the higher total is the winner. If they are tied a randomly drawn game will be selected for the tiebreaker. Only ties between 1st place will be broken with a 1 game tie breaker for the affected players. No playoffs or finals for this event. Automatic Tiebreakers in the Match Play software will be turned on and will supersede any tie other than a tie for 1st place. A tie for first place will result in a 1 game playoff.
Top 4 will receive Trophies/Plaques/Medals, Top 8 will receive Cash Prizes

You cannot ‘sell’ your tournament registration to another player. You need to contact Chad Hastings if you want to cancel your registration for this event. DO NOT CANCEL THROUGH EVENTBRITE. If you cancel your registration by the following dates we will send you back a refund based on the conditions below. Anyone from the waitlist who gets in will still have to abide by the below refund dates so please make sure you want to attend before you send your money.

You cannot ‘sell’ your tournament registration to another player. You need to contact Chad Hastings if you want to cancel your registration for this event. DO NOT CANCEL THROUGH EVENTBRITE. If you cancel your registration by the following dates we will send you back a refund based on the conditions below. Anyone from the waitlist who gets in will still have to abide by the below refund dates so please make sure you want to attend before you send your money.

Before Wednesday November 1st, 2023 5PM Eastern Time 100% REFUND
Before Wednesday November 15th, 2023 5PM Eastern Time 75% REFUND
Before Wednesday December 1st, 2023 5PM Eastern Time 50% REFUND

If you participate in only part of the 4 tournaments or can’t continue, no refunds will be given either.
