Season 11 of the Freeplay pinball League - South.
Switching things up for the fall, we will be running two distinct leagues... North and South at the DFW Free Play locations. The details here apply to the South league.
The league will run for 6 weeks + finals.
You can play at either Free Play Dallas on Tuesday
or Free Play Arlington on Thursday
as part of this league. You play at 1 location each week (your choice). If you are unable to make a week at Dallas, you can go to Arlington / vice versa.
Each week you will be placed in a group of 4 (or perhaps 3), selection of players will be balanced across series, and randomly assigned (balanced) 4 games to play.
Scoring for each week is based upon order of finish for each game (using 5/3/2/1 scoring).
For overall league standings your best 4 out of 6 weeks is taken into consideration.
The top 12 overall will play in the North League finals. Finals will be group match play / with top 4 overall standings receiving a first round bye. Total # for finals based upon the number of eligible participants (between 1/4 and 1/2 of eligible participants will qualify for finals).
League date starts week of September 19th.
League will not take place Halloween week (e.g. 10/31 at Richardson or 11/2 at Denton).
Finals will be held 11/9 at Arlington.
New players can join up through week 4. There is a limit of 49 players, therefore new players might not be able to be added after we have reached 49.
Each week's league starts at 7:30.
