9. This format is a cross between flip frenzy and round robin
10. Each player will play 17 matches
11. If there are more than 17 players, each player should play 19 different opponents

13. Players will be awarded 1 point for a win; the overall winner being the player with the most points
after everyone has played 17 matches
14. Play order for each match will be random
