Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: August 28, 2023
This MONSTER-sized version of the Brisbane Pinball Club will occur periodically throughout 2023 on a Monday night at Netherworld. A slightly later start with a slightly later finish, but more WPPRs up for grabs than a regular BPC meet.
Play will commence at 6.30pm, $20 per player.
Qualifying will be unlimited rounds of single-game Group Matchplay using IFPA scoring until 10pm. Ties will be broken by most first place wins, then by seconds.
The Top 8 players will advance to a 3-strike Group Elimination. Only the winner of each game will avoid receiving a Strike.
First round of finals will be played in Slaughter format, with all following rounds being played in Swiss format.
For all matches, the highest seeded player will have a choice of game. Same player cannot pick the same game for the entire finals series.
Future Monster BPC meets (pending numbers & feedback) will also be held the following dates in 2023:
* Monday 6th Nov
