We are trying something new for this summer. League will consist of a series of tournaments of differing formats. You are free to enter as few or as many of the tournaments as you'd like. Finals placement will be determined by your scoring across the tournament series. The more you play and the higher your finish in each tournament, the better your seeding and division placement in the Finals. Players ranked 1-1000 in the IFPA rankings will be restricted to A-Division. All entry fee money collected will be used for IFPA fees or redistributed as prize money, trophies, prizes, or used for food and beverages for the tournaments.

Sumer Series #1: Critical Hit

Tournament uses a Critical Hit card deck, https://www.neverdrains.com/criticalhit/ These cards are similar to Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, or Yu-Gi-Oh! cards where they give players certain "powers" that can be used during the tournament.

Each player starts with one spell card, after each match play round a random player from each group will be awarded an additional spell card.

Group Matchplay until 4pm, with 4 or 3 player groups, no finals.

IFPA Scoring - 7/5/3/1 Linear scoring, no bonus points to the winner. 3-player scoring: 7/4/1.
