Tournament Date: June 19, 2023
We're back for yet another year of Pizza & Pinball at Empire! - 3rd Monday of each month - $20 entry includes unlimited pinball + pizza - 5:45pm doors for a 6:30pm kick off.
Fair Strikes Qualifying Format, with a top 8 Group Elimination Bracket - Suitable for all skill levels + a super casual atmosphere

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE The qualifying format will be group knockout using a "Fair strike" match-play strikes format.. Players will play in groups of 3 or 4 people per machine. In a four-player game, first place will get 0 strikes, second place will get 1 strike, third place will get 1 strike, and fourth place will get 2 strikes (0/1/1/2). In a three-player game, first place will get 0 strikes, second place will get 1 strike, third place will get 2 strikes (0/1/2). 7 strikes and you are eliminated from the tournament. Qualifying will continue until there are 8 players remaining, in the case of a tie breaker for the top 4 position a single game will be played.
Finals: The top 8 will divide into 2 groups of 4 using Slaughter settings and will play a simultaneous Matchplay Group Elimination bracket on 4 games with 7-5-3-1 scoring. In the case of any ties for 1st a single game will be played to determine the positions
