$5 for new players (new player: no league or tournament plays in lifetime)
$5 for players IFPA rank 16,000 or worse with 5 events on player card

$10 for players with valid MatchPlay account IFPA rank 500 or worse
$15 for players who cannot show MatchPlay logged-in on their device & all players IFPA 1-500



Arrive in a timely manner to allow for parking or alternative parking should there be a large event in Downtown Riverside.

Expect tiered swiss regular match play or max match play qualifying if played limit (4 x included machines) is exceeded.
If max match play is employed, obviously pairing will no longer be tiered swiss.

A minimum of top 10% of total qualified players to finals, not to exceed 50%
Finals Format TBD pending machine states and venue by TD
Multi-play may be used without the 2x bonus for finals.

Venue open from 3PM - 1AM
Expect a finish time of 8PM to 11PM or later depending on finals qualification and attendance

This is a launch party. Expect large value (WPPR value) due to tournament length.

Tie breakers are worthless to tournament value and eat time at venue.
