3-2-1-0 scoring on each game

Finals Details:
Top 50% make finals (up to 16 players max - byes for top seeds pending player count)
PAPA format (4 player groups - 3 games - 4/2/1/0 scoring)
Top 2 from each group advance to next round
Final round: 4 player group (final standings based on round scores)
Tiebreaker will be played for final round ties only
All other ties will be broken based on round points
