Tournament Date: December 04, 2022
Main tournament format:
Head-to-Head Single Elimination format. Each 2-player match is Best-of-7 games as players advance through the bracket, except best of 3 games for deciding 3rd/4th places in the consolation match. All other finishing positions can also be played out in best-2-out-of-3 game matches to determine 5th through 16th/last place.
Tournament bracket will be seeded based on highest scores per players scores recorded during qualifying.
Qualifying: Best game format. Each player will play 2 games on selected machine(s).
Anticipated field size is 20 players. Max field size to be 32 players.
Per IFPA TGP Guide: For single elimination format, with best of 7 game matches, and 20-21 players –> 24 games towards TGP
