Skill Shot is bringing a 20 piece arcade to RetroGameCon on October 8 and 9 so it’s time to have some fun competition.
The format will be ticket-based with a bank of 3-games. The cost is $1 per entry which will slot you one attempt on each of the three games. You receive 1 point for each person’s score that you beat on each game. You can enter and re-enter the tournament as many times as you please at the cost of an additional $1 per entry.
At 4:30 games will be cut off and the top 4 players will go to finals. In the event of a tie, there will be a one-ball play-off on a game selected by the Tournament Director.
Finals will be four-player match play with one game in each of the 3 tournament machines. Fourth place qualifier goes 1st every round. Third place qualifier goes 2nd every round. Second player qualifier goes 3rd every round. First place qualifier goes 4th every round.
Rounds will be scored at 4-3-2-1 based on first place, second place, third place, and fourth place. At the end of the final 3 rounds the person with the lost points will win the tournament. Ties are permitted in all placements except for 1st.
