Belles and Chimes Oakland is a women's pinball league based in Oakland, CA. We are part of the international Belles and Chimes network of women's pinball leagues, founded right here in Oakland in 2013. We are always excited for new members, and welcome players of all skill and experience levels. You can join at any point during the season, if you attend two meets we ask you pay the $10 dues that will go towards a finals prizes. If you wish to attend 1 meet but still want to do the finals, it will be another $10 buy in asked at that time. Finals location and date to be determined! No attendance during season required to play in finals.
For this season we have choose to do six weeks, four rounds a night, starting at 7:30pm, in hopes we don't run so late and people are getting home at such late hours. Using matchplay we will be divided into groups of 3-4 players with 7-5-3-1 scoring or 7-4-1 (for 3 player groups). Each round you could be playing against different players.
We will alternate between Outer Orbit and (hopefully) Ale industries this season.(Crooked city cider is our back up location if AI cant accommodate us) 21+ preferred , Minors are welcomed at both locations. Bring your quarters/bills for game play! Look forward to seeing new faces this season! First meet starts September 12th 2022 at one of the two Oakland locations, check Facebook and Instagram for updates. Final meet October 17th 2022.
