DFW Pinball 2022 Fall League

THIS LEAGUE WILL RUN ON WEEKENDS IN COLLECTORS' PRIVATE GAME ROOMS FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH DECEMBER 2022.

EACH EVENT ALSO HOSTS A SEPARATE IFPA TOURNAMENT AS WELL - SO COME AND HAVE FUN AT BOTH !!
A page with details for EACH standalone tournament will appear on the IFPA calendar at least 4-6 weeks before each specific event.
A Facebook event page will be built for most of the standalone tournaments as well.

LEAGUE SCHEDULE:
EVENT 1: Mon Sep 5 @ Noon - SEASON OPENER -- PINBALL-ERS Presents: The "Barry Oursler Memorial" Labor Day event at 1360 Carlo Drive, Princeton, TX 75407. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

EVENT 2: Sat Sep @ 1 - A well known collector who wishes to remain anonymous is opening his famous collection at 6521 Hidden Creek court. Plano Texas. 75024. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

EVENT 3: Sun Oct 2 @ Noon - Ken Kemp's opens his famous collection at 411 West Hughes Street in Collinsville, Texas. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

EVENT 4: Sun Oct 23 @ Noon - Louis Marx opens his game room, with several TPF award winning games, at 4606 Toler Rd, Rowlett, TX 75089 for the annual Alan Marx Memorial charity event. Cost is LIKELY to be $25 per person to play.

EVENT 5: Sat Nov 5 @ 1:00 PM - Brandon Jones opens his amazing arcade in Rhome, Texas. If you haven't seen this one, its a must see - he has his own building on his property dedicated to his games! Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

EVENT 6: Sun Nov 20 @ NOON - Tom George, a monthly host for the local Women's League, is inviting the entire DFW League to play his unique collection of pinball machines. Thus, he will host at 4181 Newton Street, The Colony, TX 75056. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

PLAYOFF/FINALS - EVENT 7: Sun Dec 4 @ Noon - Bobby Neifer's famous Lord of the Rings dungeon in his home at 6052 Hillglen Drive, Watauga, TX 76148. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

League qualifying is best score format - 6 qualifying dates. A person must complete HALF of all qualifying games to be eligible for the finals. See https://dfw-pinball-league.webnode.com/ for specific league rules, scoring guidelines, and more.
--- The league finals will be a 2 strikes tournament.
--- Please be aware that, if any of the top qualifiers fail to appear, then their spot will be given to the next highest seed present at the start of the finals.

Finals start promptly on time - any participant who has NOT checked in at the START of the players meeting (at the beginning of the tournament) WILL lose their spot.
Any players that call, text, email, or facebook message LOUIS MARX indicating that they are running late WILL have their spots held -- they have checked in -- however make 100% certain that he replies to your text!
If he doesn't reply, then he hasn't gotten it.
These messages ONLY count if he receives and replies to them.
He says, "I do make my contact info readily available to league participants - I am easy to find. I provide my phone/text number to any league participant that asks for it."
