Start time: 1:00pm - 5:30pm

Cost: $25 AUD

Prizes: Cash for top 5 players. Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Description

Single 3-4 player group matchplay rounds.

Each round, players will be placed randomly into groups of 3 or 4 using the Matchplay events software.

Once a player has received 10 strikes they are eliminated from the tournament.

Pairing

The first round will use random pairing. Subsequent rounds will use Swiss pairing.

The Matchplay events software will allocate order of play and machine choice for each match.

Scoring

Progressive strikes.

4-player groups - 0, 1, 2, or 3 strikes depending if they finish in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th position.

3-player groups - 0, 1, or 2 strikes depending if they finish in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd position.

Winner

Last player standing.

Ties

Ties for 2nd to 5th position will be determined by a single game playoff on a machine determined by the Tournament Director.
