Registration for this tournament opens on July 03, 2022
Tournament Date: July 31, 2022
Downtown Scranton’s first official pinball tournament will be held on Sunday, July 31st, 2022 at BARTARI. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. An online form for pre-registration will become available on July 3rd. Details will be posted to event page. Day of registration begins at 11 AM; the entry fee will be due at this time. The tournament begins at noon. Total number of players are capped at 40.
The tournament is a knockout elimination. Players are paired against each other in four-player games. First place players in each round automatically move on to the next round. Second, third, and fourth place players receive one strike per round. When a player reaches 3 strikes, they are eliminated from the tournament and will not be included in the next round of matches. At the end of the tournament, the last player standing is the winner.
Tournament games (list subject to change): Mandalorian (Pro, Stern 2021), TMNT (Premium, Stern 2020), Aerosmith (Pro, Stern 2017), Godzilla (Pro, Stern 2021), Guardians of the Galaxy (Pro, Stern 2017), Sopranos (Stern 2005), AC/DC (Pro, Stern 2012)
Backup Games: The Simpsons Pinball Party (Stern, 2003), Revenge from Mars (Williams Pinball 2000)
The top players will receive cash prizes. There will be consolation prizes for runners-up in the form of gift cards, swag and more!
