Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: May 21, 2022

Qualification by matchplay. All participants are divided into two or more groups. In every group players will play double 1v1 rounds against all other players in the group. At least ten qualification rounds will be played this way.

Based on rankings in the groups, players will end up in A-final group, B-final group and so on. In the A-final group the eight highest ranked players will play in the semi final and then final round. In semi final four player matches best of four rounds to determine two top players to move on to the final. In the final also best of four rounds.

B-finals and so on will be carried out in the same way as the finals to determine positions of the rest of the participants. Maybe best of three games instead of four.

All games are 3-ball games on random determined machines. There will be at least 16 pinball machines in the competition.

Meaningful # of games played: at least ten 1v1 in the qualification round and at least four 4-player games in semi final and at least four 4-player games in the final to win the tourney. Since 4-player games are calculated as two there will be at least 10+8+8=26 meaningful games to win the tourney.
