DFW Pinball 2022 Spring & Summer League

THIS LEAGUE WILL RUN ON WEEKENDS IN COLLECTORS' PRIVATE GAME ROOMS FROM APRIL THROUGH AUGUST 2022.

EACH EVENT ALSO HOSTS A SEPARATE IFPA TOURNAMENT AS WELL - SO COME AND HAVE FUN AT BOTH !!
A page with details for EACH standalone tournament will appear on the IFPA website 4-6 weeks before each specific event.
A Facebook event page will be built for most of the standalone tournaments as well.

LEAGUE SCHEDULE:
EVENT 1: Sat April 23 @ Noon - Ken Kemp's Toad Suck Shootout charity tournament at 411 West Hughes Street in Collinsville, Texas. Cost is $26 minimum charitable donation to play.

EVENT 2: Sun May 1 @ Noon - Bobby Neifer's famous Lord of the Rings dungeon in his home at 6052 Hillglen Drive, Watauga, TX 76148. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

EVENT 3: Sat June 4 @ 1:00 PM - Nash Paradise's Pin-barn at 1248 Bancroft Rd, Keller, TX 76248. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

EVENT 4: Sun June 12 @ Noon - "The Godfather" Don Merki owns D/FW's most legendary game room at 2005 Hollyhill Lane, Denton, TX 76205. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

EVENT 5: Sun July 9 @ 1:00 PM - Jorge Ramos and Warren Joe combine their "forces" to host an event at the Ramos house at 8426 County Rd 301, Grandview, TX 76050. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

EVENT 6: Sun July 30 @ 1:00 PM - Rickie Carson's collection of solid state machines from the 80s combined with several newer titles (Like Jurassic Park Premium) at 1228 Stillwater Trail, Carrollton, TX 75007. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

PLAYOFF/FINALS - EVENT 7: Sat August 6 @ Noon - The Wylie/Devino household 3100 Irvine Drive, Carrollton, TX 75007 has been a regular stop on our schedule with an awesome mix of machines from all eras. Cost is LIKELY to be $5 per person to play.

League qualifying is best score format - 6 qualifying dates. A person must complete HALF of all qualifying games to be eligible for the finals. See https://dfw-pinball-league.webnode.com/ for specific league rules, scoring guidelines, and more.
--- The league finals will be a 2 strikes tournament with the LESSER of 50% of league participants (rounded down if there is an odd number of players) OR 16 players accepted.
--- Please be aware that this is the top 16 that show up for finals - if anyone in the top 16 fails to appear, then their spot will be given to the next highest seed present at the start of the finals.

Finals start promptly on time - any participant who has NOT checked in at the START of the players meeting (at the beginning of the tournament) WILL lose their spot.
Any players that call, text, email, or facebook message LOUIS MARX indicating that they are running late WILL have their spots held -- they have checked in -- however make 100% certain that he replies to your text!
If he doesn't reply, then he hasn't gotten it.
These messages ONLY count if he receives and replies to them.
He says, "I do make my contact info readily available to league participants - I am easy to find. I provide my phone/text number to any league participant that asks for it."
