Overall

The Side Tournament will consist of a 7-Strike, group progressive strikes tournament conducted on randomly-selected machines per Matchplay software. Players in each round will be assigned to groups of 3 or 4 via Swiss pairing and play one game on a randomly selected machine. Play order will be as indicated in the software. Players will receive 1 strike for each player in their group whose score exceeds theirs. For example: 1st-> 0 strikes, 2nd-> 1 strike, 3rd-> 2 strikes, 4th-> 3 strikes. After each round, players will be re-paired with other players of similar records. Once a player accumulates 7 or more strikes, that player is eliminated. Otherwise play will continue until only one player remains.
