o Compete in this high-stakes tournament for a chance to walk away with a restored Williams Time Warp – currently valued at $900-$1,000!
o Please note that the game will be included in the tournament rounds and will be given away as is.

o Current Prize Breakdown (subject to change)
? A-Finalists: 1st (40%) 2nd (30%) 3rd (20%); 4th (10%)
o Grand Champion has the option to accept 40% of the cash prize pool OR he/she may choose to pass on the cash and take home the Time Warp pinball machine as their reward instead.
? If the 1st place winner chooses to take the cash, the pinball machine will then be deferred to the next runner-up until accepted.
? However, if the 1st place winner opts to receive the pinball machine, then their prize pool earnings will be evenly distributed amongst the rest of the top 4 A-Finalists.
? So on and so forth… (This explains why the prize pool might be subject to change)
? If presented with the option of game or cash, the player will not receive both cash payout AND the pinball machine.
? The pinball machine will only be offered as a prize pool reward if the tournament has a minimum of 16 players.

• Pinball Etiquette / House & Tourney Rules:
o Be mindful of space constraints (social distance if necessary)
o Masks are optional and by attending this event, you acknowledge the risks associated with such social gathering and will not hold the Macias household responsible.
? Most of the machines included in the tourney will be relatively close together and housed in a small arcade room.
? You are more than welcome to hangout inside the living room or outside and eat / drink / smoke, etc. I might also suggest only allowing the player (in each group) that is currently ‘up’ on a machine to be in the room at-that-time.

• Registration:
o In order to enter the tournament, please Please sign up at the following link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0C49A9A729A1FA7-macias and Venmo $25 to Scott Macias @thepinwiz21 (phone# code: 7656).
? This will be a non-refundable deposit (unless the TD deems an emergency cancellation of the event, which will fully refund the deposit).
? This payment ensures that you’re coming, which will secure your spot (16 players minimum, 24 players maximum) and help pay for additional expenses.
? On the day of the event, please bring the remaining $75 of your entry free in cash.
? You are also more than welcome to pay in full in you are 100% confident in attending this event.

- Please Note: If the sign up sheet does not meet the required minimum of 16 attendees, the tournament director – Scottie – will be allowed to adjust the tournament format and payouts accordingly to group size. If there are less than 16 players, then the pinball machine will not be factored in the prize pool and there will only be cash payouts and trophies available for 1st through 4th.
