Tournament Date: February 19, 2022
Introducing the "Pinball NQ Double Feature" - 2 x 100% TPG Pinball Tournaments held across two locations in Townsville Saturday 19th Feb!
EVENT 1 - Empire Alternacade
3 Hour Flip Frenzy with Top 4 Multi-Matchplay Finals. Doors 10am for an 11am start
First seed chooses 2 games. 2nd & 3rd seed choose 1 game each.
EVENT 2 - Pinball Airbnb
Target Matchplay with Top 8 Single Elimination Finals. Doors 3pm for a 4pm start
Players will play in single game rounds of Group Matchplay, with groups, play order and machines to be determined using the Matchplay.events software.
IFPA scoring will be used (7-5-3-1).
Once 8 players reach 40 points, the qualifying tournament will conclude.
FINALS: 1 v 8, 2 v 7, 3 v 6, 4 v 5, best of 3 head to head single elimination
Top 4 will repeat the process, Top 2 will repeat the process again
Both events are licensed (i'll make sure there is Great Northern and possibly VB at the airbnb venue ya'll) - and all ages.
Included in the BNB entry will be a Domino's Pizza drop at around 6/7pm.
Players will be able to go straight to the BNB after the Empire Frenzy (will have staff on site)
Both events are $20 for adults and $10 for under 16's, with cash prizes available!
