Tournament Overview
Start Date: October 04, 2021
End Date: December 11, 2021
This is a 10 week league, traveling league, with maximum of 32 players. Each week there will be 8, 4 player groups, playing a bank of 6 machines. Each group will score (4,3,2,1) on each machine weekly. The highest score on a given machine among the 32 players will receive 1 bonus point for seeding purposes only. In the event of a 3 player group, group will score (4, 2.5, 1) Each week we will ladder / swiss so that high performers move up, low performers move down, and we will reshuffle weekly based on average weekly performance to date. League Dates will be every Monday beginning the 4th of October and ending on the 6th of December. We will have a finals tournament on 11 December. Top 12 players will make A finals and the bottom 20 will make B finals. Finals will be single elimination tournament, best of 7 head to head matchups. Highest verses lowest seed with the top 4 seeds in each A and B finals receiving a first round bye. The remaining players, after elimination will continue playing best of 5 game series for placing only. This is the same format we just conducted for our Summer Ballers League that we are about to submit results for, and similar to Blizzard Mountain's League that Kevin McArthy runs. League Dates at 4 OCT, 11 OCT, 18 OCT, 25 OCT, 1 NOV, 8 NOV, 15, NOV, 22 NOV, 29 NOV. 6 DEC with league finals on the 11th. Each league night last approximately 3 hours, and league nights are only for qualifying for the final tournament.
