THE DFW PINBALL LEAGUE FALL 2021 SEASON will have THREE events, all in collector's location, as follows:

1st Qualifier - Brandon Jones' Home at 155 E Russell St, Rhome, TX 76078 (near Texas Motor Speedway)
Saturday September 18, 2021 at NOON
Registration and practice time opens at 11:00
Cost is $5 per person (The IFPA fee is included in this cost).

2nd Qualifier - The Marx Family Home at 5229 Alec Drive, Garland, TX 75007 for:

EACH event will have a separate, standalone IFPA tournament as well as league play. This is even true for the finals. So even if you don't qualify for finals, you can still come and play in the standalone tournament!
So for those looking for WPPR points, they are available at each event and then also for the entire league as well!
Look for the standalone tournaments to be published on the IFPA calendar at least 30 days before each event.

League play will consist of best score format qualifying at each of the two qualifying events.
A player may attend either qualifier and still be eligible for finals because the 2 qualifiers will be structured identically so completing either qualifier will satisfy the IFPA "Participation in 50% of qualifying" rule.
That said, if you participate in BOTH qualifiers, you do have a better chance on making the finals!!

--- The league finals will be a 2 strikes tournament with the LESSER of 50% of league participants (rounded down if there is an odd number of players) OR 16 players accepted.
Please be aware that this is the top 16 that show up for finals - if anyone in the top 16 fails to appear, then their spot will be given to the next highest seed present at the start of the finals.

Finals start promptly on time - any participant who has NOT checked in 5 minutes prior to the start of finals WILL lose their spot.
Any players that call, text, email, or Facebook LOUIS MARX indicating that they are running late WILL have their spots held -- they have checked in -- however make 100% certain that he replies to your text!
If he doesn't reply, then he hasn't gotten it.
These messages ONLY count if he receives and replies to them.
