Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: August 15, 2021
-Two events.
-Doors open at 11am for practice.
-The first one starts at NOON. Format will be timed qualifying into finals. Qualifying will be 7 rounds. 7/5/3/1 scoring for groups of four and 7/4/1 scoring for groups of three. Top 8 to finals. Finals will be group matchplay with 7/5/3/1 scoring. Three games for each round. Top two from each group go to final round of four. Seeds 1,2 and 3 from each group get to pick a game they want to play. Initial round will be IFPA sorted, and then you will play with players of similar points the rest of the way.
-The second one will start around 6:30pm and it will be a four strikes tournament. The bottom two in any 3 or 4 player group take a strike until only one person remains. This event will not be IFPA sorted and will be set to balanced for players so you will play different people almost every round.
-Tie breakers will be decided with a one ball game randomly selected by the computer.
-The cost is $20 if you just enter one event. $30 for both. $10 to the venue. The rest is paid out to the top 4 in each event. No coin drop required. All games on FREE PLAY the entire day.
-Each event will capped at 48 players. You can sign up in advance by messaging me. No money required in advance to sign up.
-If you have friends or family members who would like to come play in the arcade, they are welcome to. We will have plenty of pins not being used for the tournament as well as arcade games they can play. $10 entry.
