Join the Triad Pinball Players for our monthly pinball tournament at Boxcar GSO!
Registration/Cost:
Free and open admission until the event starts at 2pm. A $1 donation per player is appreciated, but not mandatory. This fee allows us to receive World Pinball Player Rankings (WPPRs), and is payed to the International Flipper Pinball Association (IFPA) per player in each event. Players are responsible for their own tokens during tournament play.
Format:
Fair Strike Knockout - 7 strikes
Players will be randomly grouped into 3 or 4 using a balanced table/arena draw.
Each player is allotted 7 strikes.
Strikes are received as such:
4 player group: 1st-0, 2nd-1, 3rd-1, 4th-2
3 player group: 1st-0, 2nd-1, 3rd-2
2 player Head to Head: 1st-0, 2nd-2
Prizes:
This is an IFPA sanctioned event, and an official Stern Army location. Prizes will be awarded to the top players at each event. If players show interest in a cash prize pool, one will be generated amongst ONLY those who buy-in.
Payout for top 3 (<16): 1st-50% 2nd-30% 3rd-20%
Payout for top 4 (>15): 1st-50% 2nd-25% 3rd-15% 4th-10%
