iPinball season 5 tournament series is kicking off once again! Weekly IFPA tournaments on Wednesday's at 7pm.
The iPinball season 5 Series Details
1. This series of tournaments will be called the Ipinball season 5 series and will consist of two parts: nine weeks of regular IFPA tournaments with a cash payout and IFPA points and a stepladder tournament which will take place on the week after the nine tournaments.
2. Tournaments one through nine will take place weekly at 7pm on Wednesday nights starting on 1/8/20
3. Tournament format: Play will be arranged by blind draw and will consist of four player matches across six machines. Points will be awarded by place on each machine 4 to first, 3 to second, 2 to third, and 1 to fourth. Overall points will determine place.
4. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will receive a cash payout based on the amount of players in that week’s tournament.
5. Points from each week will be tracked on a standings sheet to track qualification for iPinball series final.
Stepladder tournament:
1. This tournament will take place on Wednesday, 3/11/20 at 7pm.
2. Players must have played in four of the nine iPinball season 5 tournaments to be eligible for the finals.
3. Points accrued through participation in the iPinball season 5 tournaments will be used to seed the top three players in the stepladder finals.
4. Eligible players in 4th through last place will compete in a four game match play wildcard round for the 4th seed position in the stepladder finals.
5. At the conclusion of the wildcard round, 4th seed will play the 3rd seed in a best out of three match on three separate machines. Winner of this round will advance to play the 2nd seed and this format will continue until completion.

Due to late submissions the first five weeks will not be IFPA points, everyone is still welcome to attend the league nights to accumulate points for finals seeding. Also February 14th will be played on February 12th if it is not changed in the calendar.
