For ten weeks, players will be assigned into a group of 3 or 4 players, each group will play 4 games each week. The players who perform better will move up one group for the following week while the other players will either remain in that group or move down one group the following week. Towards the end of the season, the players will be assigned to a division based on their ladder ranking. The final results will be the standings on week 10 with the "A" division players stacked on top of "B" division players etc.
