Format:

Modified HERB best score format, planned to be best 4 games from a 6 game bank using neverdrains with a 200 point scale.

Qualifying: Unlimited qualifying Friday 12 noon to 9pm and Saturday from 12 noon to 5pm. No new games may be started after the end times. Finals will start after brackets have been set up following qualifying on Saturday.

Price: Each ticket holder for PinBaltimore receives 5 entries which may be used for either Main or Classics. Additional entries are $2/game. Games will be on freeplay. Entries may be used in either Main or Classics, no refunds for unused entries.

Finals:
Top 16 will play in a PAPA style finals. 4 groups of 4 on 3 games, with 4/2/1/0 scoring with top 2 from each round continuing to the subsequent round.
