QUALIFYING (1:30):
Each player plays one (and only one) game on each of the seven qualifying machines. The player's score will be ranked against every other score on that game and awarded tournament points. The player's qualifying position will be determined by adding up all the tournament points achieved on all seven games. Qualifying will end when each player who arrived before 1:30 finishes their qualifying games. The tournament director may close qualifying early if some players are not completing their games in a timely fashion.
FINALS:
The top 8 qualifiers will advance to the A finals. Finals will consist of 4 player match play on 4 different games from the qualifying bank. Each player in the finals group will pick one game for the group to play. Points will be awarded 3,2,1,0 for first, second, third, and fourth places respectively. Ties will be broken on a randomly selected game from the bank of 7. Top 2 finishers from round 1 will proceed into the final round, which will be run the same as round 1. Qualifiers 9-16 will advance to the B finals. B finals will run the same as A finals, except each round will be 2 games instead of 4 and will be chosen by the top 2 seeds in each round. Cut lines to enter the finals will be adjusted to ensure no more than 50% of competitors advance to the A finals.
