Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: April 28, 2019
Bobby Niefer has generously offered to open his home in Watauga, Texas for this event. This is the famous, amazing custom game room / dungeon we've been seeing pictures of for the last 18 months! Everyone is welcome, even if you haven't played with us before. Its a PARTY first and a pinball event second some come enjoy social pinball.
--- IFPA Registered Tournament on APRIL 28th at 1:00 PM
Doors open at 1:00 - tourney starts as close to 1:30 PM as possible.
Late entrants are welcomed until sometime around 4 PM.
THERE WILL BE PLAYOFFS FOR BOTH A AND B DIVISIONS SO ALL SKILL LEVELS CAN PLAY AND WIN!
"A" finals affects standings - per IPFA rule, "B" does not - its for fun... That said, I will have a nice prize for the B division winner (at my own expense).
There will also be a BEST GAME FORMAT DFW Pinball League Spring Event running concurrently. So PLENTY of WPPR points available from the IFPA.
For FOOD our host notes: "I'll have Cokes and stuff and food. BYOB...extra food welcome..."
Our host also notes:
"if you could ask that they say who's planning on stopping out it would help plan the food stuff" so please RSVP if you can (although you're all welcome either way).
As always, All skill levels welcome!! It's about having fun, eating, socializing, and playing pinball!! We've had players as young as 3 years old & as old as 81 in our leagues. Come Join us!
--- want more proof? in the 2017 Summer 1 league 28 points made the playoffs. You get 20 league points for showing up. So if you came to both events, regardless of standing, you were in the playoffs! While it usually doesn't work out that way, we TRULY want this to be about community and truly welcome all skill levels!
List of games (subject to change):
Barracora
Bow and Arrow
Bride of Pinbot 2.0
Capersville
